Online banking is shut down every second day, and this bank is extremely greedy. Very high fees and hidden charges etc. Dishonest people giving terrible customer service describes this bank best. Before you patronize me with how much you appreciate my feedback bs, just realize that I moved my mortgage from your bank because no one would return a simple phone call. My checking account will be closed very soon too
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Manager should be fired for letting staff run the show.
I have been to there location a few times. Some tellers speak to you like your not there never looking at you what so ever it's rude and unprofessional. But I have had good experiences as well being very helpful and outgoing. Those of you know who you are keep up the great work. I've been looking at your reviews i think your staff should b change with people who can treat and work with the public. They are your clients they represent the credit union and if you get bad reviews people are going to take there banking elsewhere... read more
I don't recommend ACU. Their apps are poor and low-tech, they do not even have 2-factor authentication which for a bank is completely unheard of. They also charge you if your balance drops below $1,000 on their "light" accounts which is easily avoidable with other banks. For a long time it wasn't even possible to get your own direct deposit information without calling them.
2 workers and 6 people in line currently in the second person in line and have been waiting 20 minutes already workers are too busy talking about other things with clients other than getting things done and other workers are just walking around completely ignoring the line
