I have been to there location a few times. Some tellers speak to you like your not there never looking at you what so ever it's rude and unprofessional. But I have had good experiences as well being very helpful and outgoing. Those of you know who you are keep up the great work. I've been looking at your reviews i think your staff should b change with people who can treat and work with the public. They are your clients they represent the credit union and if you get bad reviews people are going to take there banking elsewhere... read more
Customer service is awful, they say they will do something & dont. This is supposed to be a bank that manages our money, with the incompetence of their employees seriously makes you question if you should trust them with your finances
Polite bankers. No membership fee. Decent app. Not hectic.
