If I could give zero stars on this review, I would. This company's website and technology is still living in the 1990s and customer support is unhelpful. I have waited over a year for them to fix my issue of not being able to track my steps w/ a fitbit device. Interface is clunky, lack of clarity of completing tasks, and lack of communication about when challenges take place. They make it difficult to track and reward meaningful health changes. Not much of an asset to us.
Their customer service is not very good. They will not help you in any way shape or form. They only look out for the big business not the patients/customer
Don’t know what they’re doing. Told me labs should accept a physician form even after I said I’d been to 3 labs that told me otherwise in the same day
