Worst Experience with Asset Guard This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. From the very beginning, I should have trusted my gut and avoided them. The customer service is terrible, and every time I reached out with serious concerns, I was either ignored or given vague responses. We went to an Asset Guard presentation this evening at Chop House in High Point. We were there for all of 5 minutes, after driving 20 mins in a downpour, the Fox talking points started. When the presenter launched into a racist tirade about immigrants. Likening them to thieves. Apparently, having an unsecured (southern) border is like letting your neighbor raid your 401K. A great company to work with. I got a life insurance through them and they helped guide me through every step of the way. Their communication was fantastic and they fought to make sure my policy was correct. Small, family-owned business that is great to work with. Michael was the one handling my policy and I highly recommend him and this company in general.
