We were with Asset accounting for many years, and they were great, but their recent customer care or lack of, errors made, preparing tax returns in a non-timely manner (4 1/4 months of waiting) has lead us to look elsewhere. It all went downhill when they merged/ purchased another accountancy business. Really disappointed.
