They make it difficult to pay your taxes
Very poor customer service. My property was re-assessed to double the appraisal value when I purchased. When I questioned this, I was told the appraisal was an "Opinion" and they re-assessed based on their OPINION which doubled my house payment. I was told I could appeal by the end of June and found out today I missed the deadline by 2 weeks (actual deadline was 3rd Monday of June). The attitude I have been given over the phone is uncaring.
