All these people complaining are clearly idiots. The people here have always been good people. The place is kept clean, always smells pleasant, and the layout is simple, as far as each floor having related services on the same floor. You might have to go from window to window a couple times depending on what you're doing, but they're helpful and patient people here. Anyone who says otherwise just hates paying taxes. I never received anything from this office regarding my personal property assessment form and was told by the rude lady on the phone saying it is your responsibility to tell us what you have in order to get your bill. I said it makes no sense that I never got any form from them and I get told tough you knew about it
Lady at counter was rude and trying to belittle me about taxes. Do your job and mind your own business. Your not the law so get a grip!
