I was treated so badly by a "manager" Mrs. Green when I called in because I had questions regarding my new assessment. When she picked up the phone she was immediately annoyed that I was calling in. She was very very rude and completely unhelpful. She spoke to me like I was stupid and wouldn't let me finish my sentences or questions without interrupting me with her curt answers.
