STAY AWAY - They are extremely unprofessional. We moved out of New York in July 2021 and still had to pay their fees after several weeks of going back and forth. In 2022, we did not sign any contract with them and still they sent an invoice and rude in the email. This is after I engaged my lawyer who submitted all the paperwork to inform them that the house was sold to a new owner.
I send all my small claims here and have ALWAYS heard glowing reviews. Highly recommend! If you want your home property taxes lowered, call Assessment Review Consultants!

big mistake to choose this company. the people working there are far from being professional. The person i interacted with is even having problem to write an email and is very rude. I wish i did some research before just blindly signed on their promotion leaflet.
