Just went in to buy a scratch off lottery ticket. Paid for the ticket and when the machine "dropped" it, it got stuck and never came out. We told the 2 clerks at the register and the one guy shrugged and said his manager was gone for the night. They said they couldn't refund our money and there was nothing they could do. He even said other people had the same experience earlier...so why wouldn't you mark the machine as put of order!? Terrible customer service!!
Tried to charge $32 per a quart of oil when the sign says 1799. They took the sticker off gave me the first one had to get a second one. Two minutes later and they said they couldn’t give it to me for the price that it just said.
Barb is great, knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommend!
Morning clerk was rude. Won’t be back. I’d rather give my business to nice, decent people instead. Never had a problem at the Wawa. I’ll just got there.
