My mother, and elderly woman, invested her money with them some years ago. She's lost 35k since then. They obviously have no qualms about scamming seniors. They are ignoring her calls to get her assets back, and soon I'll be flying out to Montreal to have words with them.

When it comes to the financial services industry, it's rare to find individuals who are so personally invested in the welfare of their clients. Keith and Laurie are obnoxious and unprofessional. They make you feel small and not worth their time. Once they get your business you become an imposition and you have to constantly follow up with them to get things done. But be sure that they will get their cut and not care weather your portfolio is up or down. Their mistakes cause real people real money but again NOT their problem.
