Being new to the area I googled tax filing which i came across Assante. I called in and was transferred to Tony. Tony was a self proclaimed tax filing professional who had verbally claimed that he had performed thousands of returns for his clients. When doing our returns, it was the least professional filing experience i've encountered. He didnt return messages nor confirm receipt of sensitive documents.
