OK. Jamal was very nice and helped us at the time, but once our house purchase was complete it was very hard to get hold of him or Manny. We were also told we'll be billed additional for any 'extra' work which in fact was the same work in relation to our house purchase. I wouldn't recommend, we have to constantly chase, and now our purchase is complete we have to pay them more money to query issues with the original contract. The sad thing is we were recommended by a family friend who said ASR will 'take care' of us.
I been recently using this firm for my property purchases Solictor Daljit Bagga had been really good in updating me and dealing with any issues and giving good advise.
I had the pleasure of having Jamal Hussain dealing with my case and I have to say not only was he professional and helpful, but is going above and beyond and pulling out all the stops to make sure my case is dealt with efficiently, massive thank you to Jamal Hussain and the team looking forward to completion but so far absolutley 5 stars from me and deffo recomend Jamal and the team so don't be shy giving him a call and he will surely help you out and very fairly priced.
