Pratima Prabhu, the principal lawyer was not reliable. The advice given initially changed later, and in the end it felt like a different position that did not support my interests as a client. Instead of helping, the experience was frustrating. The pros and cons should have been explained clearly from the beginning, not at the end of the matter.
