I started Ideal Protein at Aspire Wellness in March of this year on the recommendation of a friend. I had tried nearly everything and, no matter what I did, the weight remained. My PCP wanted me to take injectable weight loss drugs as a possible solution. The coaches are fantastic. The meal plan is abundant (there's even chocolate!), I can get creative in the kitchen, the food is both delicious and nutritious, and the weight is falling off. I am so glad I made the phone call to Aspire Wellness.
Pauline is very knowledgeable with the Ideal Protein program. She is encouraging along the journey. The 3 phase program is life changing. Not only will Pauline help you to get the weight off, but will help you make the lifestyle to keep it off. Thank you for all you do!
