This program really works. The food, supplements, and coaching all work together well. I’ve seen three different coaches in the few months that I’ve been a part of this program and all of them have been kind and helpful. I have worked the most with Kris and she is excellent. I do think it is important to let the client know in advance, though, when their coach is switching. That happened to me early on in the program. Also, sometimes the appointments are booked a little too close together.

I started Ideal Protein at Aspire Wellness in March of this year on the recommendation of a friend. I had tried nearly everything and, no matter what I did, the weight remained. My PCP wanted me to take injectable weight loss drugs as a possible solution. The coaches are fantastic. The meal plan is abundant (there's even chocolate!), I can get creative in the kitchen, the food is both delicious and nutritious, and the weight is falling off. I am so glad I made the phone call to Aspire Wellness.

Pauline is such a wonderful and supportive coach! Ideal Protein has changed my life. I have tried every program out there, multiple times and this is the only one that has been sustainable. The science behind the protocol is a game changer. I highly recommend Pauline and her team for anyone struggling to lose weight!
