My mother in law is in the place currently. MC UNIT, We put her here because everything appeared up and up. However my wife has to be there 6 to 8hrs per day, THIS IS now taking time away from our autistic son, they don't follow care plans, she had to file a police report last night on her mother's stolen meds that the nurse cart person did not give her, lie about POA requesting a PRN, the facility don't believe family and put her right back on the med cart. RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE.MY MOM IS IN THE MC UNIT, I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT YESTERDAY SINCE SOMEBODY TOOK MY MOMS MEDICATION AND THEN SAID THEY GAVE IT TO HER. THEY ALSO STATED I ASKED FOR A PRN, WHICH WAS A FLAT OUT LIE, I WAS THERE FROM 7:45AM TO 6:42PM IT WAS HER BDAY. NO MEDICATION WAS GIVEN SI CE BREAKFAST. THEY DONT DO WATER PASS TWICE A DAY LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSE, THE STAFF SITS AROUND RATHER THEN DO A DAMN THING FOR THE RESIDENTS! The outside of this facility and the lobby are beautiful. Cleaning in MC does not happen, smell is aweful through halls. Meals are served cold. Employees are not trained how to redirect or care for residence. They talk about the residence and they say stuff such as they need to be a psych ward. Management took over in November this place has gone downhill since then. The memory care unit and management here needs lots of training on how to run a facility and MC. Beautiful facility exterior and clean lobby but serious concerns about resident safety and management. The facility presents very well from the outside and the lobby is clean and recently updated.
