I work at a hospital in Oshkosh is a concierge assisting visitors with whatever they need as they come through the front door. I had a wonderful but heartbreaking chat with an elderly woman today who came in alone and slightly confused. She told me a couple of very interesting stories about her Life and a sweet story about her cat that she has had for 18 years. The facility is beautiful. Unfortunately it is poorly managed by people that have no experience working with seniors. The food is absolutely horrible. You can't get a hot meal. The pasta was served in a clump that looked like it had sat for hours. My Mom passed away during her stay here. They told me the CNAs were checking on her every half hour. I was visiting and saw no one in the 10 hours I was there with her. After my mom's passing, we moved my Dad to Evergreen senior living. He is extremely happy with the food and the a... read more
I'll have to agree with Ryan's review on this place. Totally misleading info given when touring. They can't even bother to give any type of welcome packet/info when moving in. Literally had to ask what time meals were served. Give you the keys and send you on your way. Looks like the other location is much better ran!!
No accomidations for disabled people who are good caring workers. I Love my job here but very toxic and alot of bullying.
