I came to Physio Fit Glenelg with some pretty annoying shoulder pain that just wasn’t going away, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. The team there is super friendly and made me feel comfortable straight away. They really took the time to figure out what was going on with my shoulder and put together a plan that actually worked. After a few sessions, I started feeling a lot better, way more movement and way less pain. Highly recommend these guys if you’re dealing with shoulder issues or anything similar in the Glenelg area

I’ve seen a few different physios at Physio Fit Findon in the past and have always had great service - this is a more convenient location so I was really happy to try it out and my experience has been just as good! First appointment today with Lauren for Vertigo very happy with the way she explained everything.
Alex was so friendly, thorough, and considerate. She ensured my comfort with all her procedures, letting me know what was required and why. Her respectful mannerism, and focused, interrogative approach to identifying the cause of my shoulder pain was very reassuring. Every therapist I have encountered at Physio Fit (formerly 'Aspire Physio') over the many years I have used this clinic’s services has been excellent. The attentive, efficient, and engaging reception team has also been a positive aspect of my repeated visits.
The receptionist Mel was absolutely fantastic and such a beautiful kind lady. As soon as I arrived I felt a warm wonderful feeling. She had given me an appointment which I was lucky to get first thing in the morning. The physio Lauren was such a great physio and so patient and caring. This place has the best customer service. Lauren helped fixed my vertigo and dizziness. I came back home feeling a lot better which I haven’t felt this good since my vertigo started. Thanks to Physio Fit Glenelg.
