The online booking system needs attention. Every time I book with a particular therapist I don’t get them. The male therapist, Chun, is terrible, I’ve had him several times unintentionally and he’s so rushed, doesn’t feel like he has any clue as he just randomly rubs all over the place without any clear pattern or technique.
