After many years of back ache, Grace has provided great relief with her massage. The deep tissue/muscle type massage has greatly helped reduce pain and helped movement in my back and legs.
Grace is very knowledgeable and understanding. I have been having a “normal” massage for some time and found it relaxing and felt the knots in my muscles go. But when Grace qualified for sports massage I decided to give it a try. Now it’s not for the feint hearted as it can hurt especially if the muscles are very tight but afterwards it feels amazing.
