What started as a nice welcoming childcare has now become a place I don’t feel comfortable leaving my children at all. Communication with management is terrible as there’s rarely anyone at front desk. There’s not much diversity at this centre all staff and children majority are Indian. The new educators took my child’s right to drink water by taking his water bottle for misunderstanding thinking it belongs to the teacher, leaving my non verbal child to be thirsty all day. We’ve had a very positive experience at Aspire Deanside, and Room 6 has been especially wonderful for our daughter. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely attentive, and it’s clear they truly care about the children in their class. Yesterday I did a tour with Aspire and I was really amazed by how the centre was set up. You can see how much they cater to children — of course they have toys to play with, but I especially loved how they encourage creativity and imagination. The whole environment felt welcoming and supportive of children exploring and expressing themselves.
