We are very happy with Aspire Clydevale, and are exceptionally supported by Room Leader, Anuradha. We are extremely protective first-time parents and were very scared for our daughter to leave our care while we worked. However, I couldn't be happier with the care, dedication, love, empathy and diligence that Anu showcases to every child in her room. We are very happy with Aspire Clydevale and the care and education our two sons receive there. A special mention to Ronita, who truly stands out. She is knowledgeable, caring, and excellent at educating the children. Her dedication and positive approach have had a wonderful impact on our sons' learning and development. Thank you to Ronita and the entire Aspire Clydevale team for creating such a supportive and nurturing environment.
Very disappointing experience with this childcare centre. Communication is extremely poor — emails are ignored or never responded to, yet they are always quick to charge fees and take payments. What concerned me most was a serious incident where another child badly bit my child on the face. The handling of the situation was unprofessional and inconsistent. One staff member said no one witnessed the incident, while another staff member later said the children were “playing together,” which we know was not accurate.
My daughter started childcare this year, and we have had such a wonderful experience. Anuradha is an amazing educator who goes above and beyond to make sure every child feels safe, happy, and cared for. As a parent, it gives me great peace of mind to know my daughter is in such loving and capable hands. The centre is beautifully managed, welcoming, and excellent in every way.
