Everyone is always friendly and very helpful
The rate for a car warranty wasn't bad, but I am not super impressed with the service. I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 on my lunch and it was almost an hour afterwards before I was seen making me extremely late back to work. After paperwork was done, I had made an error on my check and forgot to sign it in the rush to get finished so I could get back to work. They called me to let me know what had happened but that they had already processed the check through their batch so I couldn't just stop back and sign it. It had ... read more
Terrible terrible bank. The worst service I’ve ever had in my 63 years of life. Staff is rude unprofessional, and do not care about their customers at all if I could give a negative review I would.
