I’ve never experienced a shipper like this before. When I arrived at this location and turned on my reefer, it wasn’t working at all. Instead of ignoring the situation, the supervisor immediately stepped in, brought me booster cables, stayed with me, and helped me through the whole issue with such a positive and supportive attitude.
