My recent experience was the epitome of great customer service. My product was defective (to no fault of Aspire) and they gave me a new one right on the spot to avoid a hassle with going through the distributor. They also provided me with more education about the product and explained to me more of how to use it. I was so satisfied that I ended up buying more products from their store and signing up for a loyalty card. Thanks aspire!
Absolutely the BEST place to go, prices are affordable & staffs friendly! As for people saying "I got ID'd" yeah thats their job.. I've been going there for almost 2 years & I get ID'd every time I go there its to keep everyone there & who goes there safe!
Nice employees, good prices, weird owner/manager. Never says hi, doesn’t exchange pleasantries, no eye contact, just weird/antisocial behavior lol. Go here if you want to feel like you’re inconveniencing somebody by buying their product.
