Sienna (also known as Aspira) is run only with profit in mind. They don't care about the seniors, nor their families, nor the people that work there. Seniors are neglected due to the lack of staff they have at the Yorkton Crossing location in Saskatchewan. Staff are highly stressed out because of it. Ever since Aspira/Sienna took over Yorkton Crossing, the place has gone downhill. Due to the deliberate shorting of staff on their part the seniors living there no longer receive the quality of care they deserve. Several staff members are being abused by a company that couldn't care less about their rights as workers and as human beings. Think about that one. My mother moved in to Yorkton crossing in the fall. She loves it there she feels safe, and when not feeling well has lots of people checking up on her. She loves the food and they do so much for the clients, every other day somebody or group is visiting them. She feels very cared for there. We are glad we found this place for her.
