Dad moved in about 3 months ago and has actually improved during his time there. The staff and management truly care and do their best to make sure the residents are healthy and happy. The meals are very good quality, and there are plenty of activities. Medical care is available on site which is great! I would not hesitate to highly recommend Riverbend Crossing!

There is incompetency when it comes to taking action with medical issues (e.g. there's something medically wrong with the resident and a doctor nor the family was notified in a timely manner or at all), the bedroom and bathroom are rarely clean but yet any personal cleaning equipment we bring is always removed by the staff, there's a huge lack of communication, they don't keep up to date notes in the patient's file, but the main issue is that the manager Shelly Sundholm, is an incompetent person and should never manage anoth... read more

I would highly recommend this care home to anyone who is looking for top quality compassionate care of their family members. Every worker has provided loving, compassionate and expert care to our parents. Great communication from the staff to the family so we are always aware of what is happening and how our parents are doing. Our parents are thriving in this care home and enjoying life once again.
