Very friendly staff with great amenities, Melissa at the front desk and Joe in maintenance are amazing and always happy to lend a helping hand.
My mother transitioned from her apartment on the 5th floor to the second floor as her health deteriorated. The staff and caregivers were always kind and compassionate and during her final days the nursing staff and caregivers really stepped it up to ensure that she was comfortable well looked after. As a Bayshore Home Care employee, I am very familiar with many retirement facilities and to be honest Red Oak is by far the best retirement home that I’ve experienced. My parents are residents at Red Oak and I am so impressed with the staffs care and compassion with the residents.
