There are so many things to like about Quinte Gardens! My dad was a resident here for almost 3 years in assisted living, and staff in this beautiful building continually exceeded our expectations in terms of his care and support. Nursing staff, PSWs, housekeeping, maintenance, dining and administration were always responsive to dad’s increasing needs, and in fact, it was their kind recommendation that it was time for him to go to long-term care that helped us to make that decision. Fine for independent seniors with mobility issues or looking to downsize if you can look past the insane disorganization and misinformation in management. Flat out NOT for 55+ needing memory care and support. Might as well leave them at home and pay a 3rd party for services. We ultimately chose Crown Ridge over Quinte Gardens at the end of an awful experience at Quinte Gardens. A hard $4500 lesson

First of all anyone who may have had issues with this place please email me. Whomever the Night nurse is on right now better learn to check her attitude speaking to my sister and mother the way she did!!!!!!!!!!! FIRST of all incompetent staff when Emergency in Kingston tried contacting them and they are all unresponsive due to a Covid outbreak in the building??????????
