I don’t like to post negative reviews but I have to be honest. I was hired to perform on February 28 2025. The residents are just wonderful. I had so much fun and it warmed my heart to see these wonderful people singing along, dancing and just to see their big beautiful smiles. When our dear neighbour and friend (our “surrogate family”) was ready to transition into senior living, we set out with her to tour the many options within our community. With very similar offerings, small nuances separated the contenders. My family’s experience with Pacifica Assisted Living, where my mother resided, was deeply concerning. While we initially hoped this would be a safe and supportive environment for her, several incidents raised serious questions about the quality of care and respect for residents. This home is conveniently located next to shopping. The staff who work at home are really friendly. The home though has gone downhill since my family member moved in. The home recently had renovations however no upkeep has been done. The dining room carpet is stained everywhere. Walls have visible dings and scrapes and the furniture is beyond filthy. I recently moved into Aspira Pacifica - the staff are awesome. Every team member made me feel like I was part of the community immediately. The food is amazing. There is always something to do entertainment wise. It’s your choice how much you do or not do. Lovely place to call home!
