I had the privilege to be in this place for a tour and lunch. The whole building inside and outside, looks amazing. It is friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Apartments are very comfortable, not too much space, just enough. Like the bathrooms, nice and clean. The dining room is with white tablecloths, clean and nice setting like in a hotel. Very disappointing experience. The reception staff was unprofessional and inappropriate. She started discussing the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel and asked me if I knew which community I was working in. I responded that I treat everyone equally regardless of their background. She then said that this is a Jewish community and suggested that people should be treated differently, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The staff at Kensington Place are truly exceptional - so kind, supportive, and compassionate. They went above and beyond during my mother's urgent care situation, making sure she was cared for every step of the way. We are so grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I cannot recommend this retirement home highly enough.

a fabulous experience parking my folks at the toronto facility. every person we dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with their time. my folks could not be happier. often these are evolving situations and as we have needed to make changes to adapt, josie nespeca, who helped us initially, continues to remain involved and assist with our needs. i could not be more thankful !!

Aspira Kensigton Retirement Living is truly a wonderful place. There amazing staff came through for our parents. In just 5 days, we called, we met, we booked , you assessed, we measured , we set up there room, we moved our parents in. What a dedicated team of individuals.
