Family and friends reside at Island View all have not been happy with management ,they have an issue keeping good staff so agencies are there who do not provide the comfortable safe environment they use to have ,food seems to be an issue
Staffing is an issue. Not able to retain. More like a long term care facility than retirement
All staff are friendly and helpful. Food is great. Very clean are safe environment for both staff and residents.
We are grateful to all of the staff at Island View R. R. for how carefully, kindly and expertly they handled a fall that my Mother had recently. Thank you to all staff too for making it a warm, clean, lively and fun place for her to come home to.. She loves the people and the food.
