My mother and I have found the staff to be very caring and forever helpful navigating my mother’s dementia. My mother’s loves living at Empire Crossing and enjoys many of the in house programmes- especially the entertainment. At 99 she does not like to leave her place but I have made note of the many off premises outings and they look great too. Many thanks to the Wellness centre staff who are always ready to help my mother!

This home is a great place to go the staff are wonderful right down to the Maintenance man .they can’t do enough for you and the food is great they have a wonderful chef. The place is not huge which is great everyone gets to know one another. The only downside is the activity room is a little small

I am happy to recommend Empire Crossing. What the residence lacks in recreational amenities, it makes up in creative activities. My mom participates in chair yoga, volleyball, painting and regularly goes on excursions to nearby stores and restaurants. Lexie is wonderful at keeping the residents engaged. The chef and kitchen staff are attentive to the individual needs and likes of their guests; what “institution” does that!
