My aunt lives at Douglas Crossing. I talk with her daily and in the last 8 months she has been expressing how the quality and quantity of food served is deteriorating. Portion sizes are decreasing. Meat is often dry and overcooked with no gravy or sauce. The few vegetables served are hard, not cooked through, and without seasoning. Salad hasn't been served in months, and the soups are often too salty, or too spicy. Recently the dinner rolls were cut in half and the half served as the resident's portion.
