didn’t like the behaviour of the staff (residence psw )
I absolutely love bearbrook the staff and care is amazing especially miss eyelash she’s so kind and funny
I went to visit my grandmother for lunch and it was alright, the people are nice but man the food was just so terrible like the chef has just given up and I saw him everywhere but the kitchen…..gives me burnt out lunch lady vibes
Excellent, caring staff. My 95 year old Mom just moved in from another Retirement Residence but loves the care and attention she gets from all the staff. Food is excellent as well - Lovely place
I’m super appreciative of the excellent care and attention all the staff provide to myself and my mother. She enjoy the meals cooked by their wonderful chef (including the serving staff), activities (inside and outside the residence) and entertainment that are provided. I have also enjoyed sharing meals with her and appreciate the helpful and informative communications with the staff.
