Fantastic. Every time I call I get capable, patient, proactive staff who helps or advises me quickly and easily. Going above and beyond: once when I forgot to put out my can in time for pick up, I rolled it out with the intention of calling to request pick up at their next opportunity … well, their drivers somehow noticed of their own accord, came back and emptied my can an hour later!! What?! Thank you for keeping our community clean, safe and functioning. WOW.
Don’t be fooled. They will offer to help you change from your current garbage company to theirs making it sound like you will save money and they will make it an easy process. No fees, etc. etc. I was told to cancel my auto payments with my current garbage company, and they would take care of the rest. Not the case. I was charged by my current company an extra $130 to cancel. When I called Aspen, they said oh well how would we know that that would be the case? Terrible place of employees. Was just getting off work on 8/29/25 around 2-2:30 am, when truck 97 came speeding down the wrong one way when told to slowed down, he then slammed on his breaks, backed up and yelled “ you have a problem ? “ I than said “ yes your are speeding through here “ and than said “ I’ll Call they cops for you being back here “ even though we are employees. Not sure who it is, but it’s and older white male. That is just so un expectable.
