Don't put your family here they don’t take care of the people here if someone falls the nurse Lisa Schindele doesn't call the hospital just says there okay wich in return had a resident sitting there for at least three days eventually a employee took it in there own hands to call the hospital come to find out he had three broken ribs and fluid building in his lungs they pass medications late over 2hours late the employees leave medication in residents rooms without watching them take it the management gives no proper trainin... read more

I’m sharing my personal experience in hopes it helps others make informed decisions. What I witnessed at Aspen Valley Senior Living left me deeply concerned for the safety and proper care of the residents. One of the most alarming ongoing issues I saw was that medications were frequently passed extremely late—sometimes up to three hours past the scheduled time. For elderly residents who depend on consistent dosing, this felt dangerous and completely irresponsible. I also witnessed a serious incident involving a resident who ... read more

My mom has been in Aspen Valley for a little over a year now. It was hard to move her but it has been the best thing for her. The staff is caring and kind. At first, a gentleman caller was a bit too excited to visit her in her room unannounced, but once we ironed that out she has been great. Paul is very communicative and because I travel a lot for work I am constantly checking in with them. Mom is in good hands. The facility is clean and the food is good.

Our mom/mother-in-law has lived at Aspen Valley since February 2020, not the best time to move into a facility, during Covid, but we couldn’t be more grateful for the care and community our mom has found at Aspen Valley Senior Living. From the moment she moved in, she was welcomed with kindness and respect. She was even allowed to bring her dog, which was a life saver for her! The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely caring—they treat her like family. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfull... read more

Last November, I reserved a room for my mother. I was told 30 to 60 days at that time. $500 was not refundable if I found another place. 5 months later, mom falls and is in hospital and then rehab. They accessed her 3 times before telling me they would not take her because they were afraid she would fall....This is "assisted" living mind you, not independent living. After they refunded our money, I had no problem finding another"assisted" living for her. In my opinion and from what I saw during lunch there once, they want mo... read more
