Went to go to the store and looks like they are closed. No number. UPDATE STATUS. Crooks.
Do not buy anything online from this company!! I have been trying to get in touch with them for 3 months to initiate a return and phone numbers don't work, don't respond to chats, even found the owner on facebook and got no response back. Are you out of business and just selling off merchandise or what????? Absolutely unacceptable.
Ordered water shoes online because the website says "hassle free returns". Shoes didn't fit and the store wont respond to multiple emails and hasn't answered any of my repeated phone calls. Disputed the charge with my credit card company and they responded to that inquiry but still can't get in touch directly. So I guess I'm out $100. Customer service isn't poor.... its completely non-existent. Stay away at all costs.
What a great neighborhood spot! Love all the brands you sell & your customer service was incredible! I will definitely be back & I highly recommend stopping here before going to any of the big outdoor spots like REI - support small, local businesses!
Amazing clothing line to look through and was even able to find a few bathing suits off season! Jessica was great! Nice to have a good, local, mom&pop outdoor clothing shop.
