Very unprofessional. I had no idea they received one of my accounts. I found out due to them negatively impacting my credit. As soon as I found out I paid the bill in full. I called to speak with them and they were extremely rude and treated me like trash. One guy even recommended I seek mental help.
Straight up hung up on me when discussing settlement. Please learn how to treat your clients with respect. Do proper follow ups and email. Avoid phone numbers which cell phone providers tag as spam or fraud. You really need to revisit your client relationship approach.
They are terrible and unprofessional they will not work with you
