Came back to leave a review from a 2017-2018 stay (when Aspen was originally opened) to say test the bad reviews are true I was also charged for “paint damages” although the paint they used was cheap so it chipped with the slightest pressure of leaning on the wall, kitchen vent hood being turned on, etc. managers also told me “it’s simple wear or tear, you won’t be charged” only for i an A LOT of people I know that stayed to also be charged. i really enjoyed staying here even when i had roommate problems they hurried and helped in a timely manner and ow everything u can do is on your phone

Literally worst apartments ever! Security sucks, leasing office isn’t organized whatsoever, doesn’t know how to pick up the phone. Too many towing incidents. You can pay for parking but car will still be towed. They love to break into cars with security present. Security will kick you out at a certain time if your using computer lab they don’t care if you have night time classes. Buildings are trashy, stink, not to mention elevator has been down for months.
