Wouldn’t recommend, not saying this to knock anybody off or staff but just wouldn’t recommend. Residents you look after deserve better. Staff on Certificate of sponsorship or care worker visa are being exploited daily and so cannot raise issues due to fear of being sent back to their country. Residents are put at risk due to their frustration. Can definitely do better.

Aspen Hill look after my Grandma. The staff are incredible couldnt wish for a better place for her to stay while she needs care.

My mum was in the Nevis section for palliative care as she had terminal cancer. All of the staff were extreme caring and both nurses were very kowledgeable re end of life care. Communication was excellent. I couldnt fault the care that she received. A huge special thank you to Rochelle who supported us through the last 2 days of my mums life. I cannot thank you all enough for the support and care you all provided when we needed it. x

I would like to thanks all the staff at Aspen Hill Village for taking such Good Care of my Uncle who suffering with Stroke. Love the team and the environment They take the time to get to know you as a family. The care, the facilities, activities, meals, cleanliness are excellent.Butt The Security needed to improve.
