I dislike getting massages and being touched! I’ve had a lot of muscle pain in my neck and shoulders from stress and I cannot handle pressure. OH MY GOSH ~ Kristyn was amazing and dang near put me to sleep. The relief she provided for me is amazing! Like many other reviewers, I have found relief from pain and stress after a massage with Kristyn. Kristyn can find and work out knots I didn't know existed. I feel more limber after my massage sessions. She is also helping to alleviate some of the stress symptoms I've experienced. I've definitely recommended Aspen Grove Bodyworks to others and I will continue to highly recommend her!

Kristyn is amazing!! I highly recommend her, not only is she attentive, knowledgeable, but the studio is always clean and relaxing. Kristyn has helped me with my neck and back pain; working through all the tension and stress. I love our appointments and I can feel my body healing from the pain I previously experienced.
