I am a new client. I was worried Kristyn wouldn't go deep on the muscles, but I was wrong. She has no problems doing deep tissue massage. The atmosphere and session were professional. Her draping was really good and I felt modest. I also liked that she works with my insurance provider to help offset costs.

I dislike getting massages and being touched! I’ve had a lot of muscle pain in my neck and shoulders from stress and I cannot handle pressure. OH MY GOSH ~ Kristyn was amazing and dang near put me to sleep. The relief she provided for me is amazing! She was so amazing! Very thorough with her review of what I needed and checked in regularly during my massage to make sure the pressure was good. We discussed options for future appointments and how best to care for my body.
Like many other reviewers, I have found relief from pain and stress after a massage with Kristyn. Kristyn can find and work out knots I didn't know existed. I feel more limber after my massage sessions. She is also helping to alleviate some of the stress symptoms I've experienced. I've definitely recommended Aspen Grove Bodyworks to others and I will continue to highly recommend her!
