We were affected by the 3/13 storm again in 2025. I had talked to multiple contractors, however no one ever followed up. One day I was outside and Hugh stopped got out and introduced himself. Before I knew it we were making plans. The entire experience was a good one! My mother’s house had received hail damage on the roof and siding. My mother had contacted a local roofing company she had used in the past and it took them months to get someone on site. After the visit she had very limited contact from them! Never would call her back! Her next door neighbor had used Aspen for his repairs and Aspen had all his repairs completed in just a few days and did a very nice job. Aspen called me on a cold call. I answered and was still having other issues with other roofing companies. Aspen was quick, efficient and SO helpful in understanding what needed to happen with insurance and their services for a full roof replacement. The work was done quickly and the project manager Nick Greere was so helpful and made me feel very comfortable through my entire experience. Very thankful and grateful to the workers as well. They were quick and polite and hard workers!
Very pleased with the work and my consultant, Amber (and Fred). Very kind people, easy to work with. They oversaw the whole process beginning to end. Very happy.
It was all about Anthony. He deliveries and followed up like a pro. We have some changes that he handle expertly. House looked amazing
