Best experience ever by far! I rarely write reviews, only if I am blown away. Alicia was very professional, also flexible to meet us and reschedule our appointment to meet our needs. She knew exactly what I wanted, and created pictures beautifuly. She was very creative and helped us feel comfortable and instructed us how to pose which is what you want when going to a professional photographer. Alicia ruined a very special moment in our lives. We’ll never be able to go back in time to get newborn photos taken again. Alicia did extreme editing to our sons face to the point that they don’t even look like our son anymore. Alicia made him look like a cartoonish doll/mannequin. Alicia expressed no remorse to us directly, but only in her public review response, which I think speaks volumes.
