Almost ended up getting my brother deported. These clowns have no idea what they are doing! Avoid at all costs

I tried to call the office for two days but no one answered. On the third day, someone answered and put me on hold for 15 minutes, so I tried to call again and he answered and then hung up. This is the worst customer service experience I have encountered in this office.
