Rented e bikes..great instruction, great recommendations on where to go, map provided, great price! Staff was so nice and helpful. Bikes were top notch!!
Last week I was in need of an ER for my tour bike. Ya see like an idiot I didnt secure my Surley to my rear rack properly, and ended up dragging it behind me for 2 miles down washboard rds... So the next day I went to see the good people at ASO. Upon arriving they took me in like family and started the process of fixing Elenore (Surley disc trucker). Skinny blonde dude in the light blue shirt at the boot demos today was rude as hell. Unless you know of an exactly what you’re looking for, don’t bother talking to him. He’s a one star, but I don’t think it’s fair to rate the entire store poorly based on one crabby employee. Hopefully he was just having a bad day.
Expert advice for skiers and snowboarders, always a solid stop.
