DO NOT USE ALEX. He’s in over his head and after uncovering some serious problems with his work, he’s is now ignoring my calls and emails. Use a different tax service!
Alex has completely "ghosted" me, his client of many years. For the last 8 months I have contacted him but he NEVER replies. His secretary is completely useless as she cannot provide me with anything useful, she is basically just answering calls and saying Alex will get back to you. Even when he was available in previous years, I would practically have to beg him to finally do my taxes. As a person, Alex is a nice guy, I have nothing against him. But as a business professional, its a big time PASS.
The worst accounting experience I have ever had. Alex and his group do not answer phone calls or emails. He "forgot" to file my taxes and when he realized his mistake, he told me it would be taken care of. After trying to contact him for months, I gave up. The most unprofessional accounting firm. Stay far far away and don't waste any time here.
