If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a rather large move. From Sydney to Mid North Coast. I was very nervous about who to choose as many quotes seemed well under ,or well over. ASL’s quote seemed very fair. Especially considering I had a 14 tone truck allocated. Ray was helpful & reassuring. I called more times just to get confirmation that they would arrive on the date ,! The owner Ray came to our premises a week before the move to ascertain the parameters of the move. After discussion it was decided to go with the bigger truck and have three men. The moving team Ray organised arrived early and worked basically non-stop (didn't even take a break for lunch) and worked late to get everything done. Due to the size of the move they were joined by Ray himself late in the afternoon at no charge to get the work done. They were careful and diligent. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The movers showed up reeking of alcohol and were clearly not in any shape to handle delicate furniture. They dropped a box labeled “fragile,” laughed about it, and kept dragging furniture instead of lifting it. They gouged my hardwood floors and tore my couch on a doorframe. When I complained, they mocked me and said “it’s just stuff.” I tried to file a damage claim but was ignored completely. They blocked my number and emails bounce back.
