Absolutely the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The movers showed up reeking of alcohol and were clearly not in any shape to handle delicate furniture. They dropped a box labeled “fragile,” laughed about it, and kept dragging furniture instead of lifting it. They gouged my hardwood floors and tore my couch on a doorframe. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. They showed up 6 hours late without even calling to inform us. When they finally arrived, the movers looked completely unprepared and disorganized. They didn’t have the right tools or equipment, and one of them was visibly under the influence of something. Several of my valuable items, including an antique mirror and a wooden dresser, were severely damaged. Complete disaster from start to finish. They gave me a “guaranteed” delivery window, then missed it by over a week. I couldn’t reach anyone in the office and had no idea where my stuff was. When my things finally arrived, the truck looked like it had been through a tornado. Boxes were crushed, furniture was scratched and some pieces were missing entirely. Their insurance process is a joke — they offer pennies for hundreds of dollars in damage. I’ve never felt so scammed in my life.

"If I could give zero stars, I would. I hired this moving company based on some misleading reviews and deeply regret my decision. They were supposed to arrive between 9-10am but didn’t show up until 4:30pm, claiming traffic as the excuse even though it was a Sunday. The movers were slow, careless, and complained the whole time. They broke my 65"" TV, dented my fridge, and scratched up both my old and new floors. The worst part? Hands down the worst movers I’ve ever encountered. They were rude from the start, showed zero care for my belongings, and left a trail of destruction behind. They scraped my walls, broke a mirror, and dented my washer. They also dumped some of my things on the lawn during unloading and walked away like it was normal. The final bill was outrageous, filled with made-up charges that they refused to remove. When I refused to pay the inflated amount, they threatened to call the cops. Absolutely horrific behavior.
