They never ring your bell to let you know that they have arrived or left your parcel. They had the nerve to say that they had left my parcel in a secure location. NOT TRUE! Thank goodness I got a notification from Amazon that my parcel had arrived, I went down immediately to retrieve it, and I found my box in this condition. Unacceptable !
They said while you wait in line to talk to someone that they offer real time tracking but it’s not true. You only get the information of when your package leave the warehouse. False advertising and definitely not a peace of mind like they also advertise.
Was out for delivery all day Sunday (June 28)but never came now it's delayed till July 2 ? I feel like I could just come pick up the package better than they could even deliver.
this is the most dog shit distribution service ive ever seen in my whole life. wrong address and damaged package. how retarded can a service be. im praying the whole corporation gets burnt to the ground and everyone working there gets cursed. amazon included since they wont stop using these dog shit services.
