what? same address, Amazon can do the delivery but you said the address was missing or incorrect. no phone call and just returned to the seller? what kind of company are you?
I'm starting to think this company is a money laundering front or something. My package was not delivered, the reason is "front door was inaccessible" Any other delivery drivers have NEVER have issue deliver to my address. I live in an apartment. It's plenty common in a city ffs. Called the company number, receptionist unavailable, manager unavailable. And the phone number they gave you to call to track your package? Cannot be called. Worst ever distribution company. I could have given Zero star if possible.
Garbage Company. Never deliver to me but constantly picking up my packages
First time being subjected to this company for a delivery to my work but they refuse to deliver at a reasonable time. They continue to try and deliver the package late at night, after store hours when everyone has left. They then lie and tell Amazon they tried delivering the package in the morning. While I have the tracking information they gave me saying otherwise. Likely because they know the store hours but don't care. Horrible service and wish anyone else would deliver my package.
