Askrens has been delightful and informative to work with whether we're ordering products or requesting information. Jackie, Toby and AC always deliver high level customer service. Love their products. Lots of variety!
They have a really great variety of things, but customer service through the phone was really bad, I get people get busy but they can always tell you nicer to call later or ask if you can hold for a few minutes instead of telling you that because they have other customers they can’t help you, as a business owner we know all the customers should be important to us.
Very useful place to purchase floral material for your business, highly recommended!
