Our recent conveyance took a long time but their patience with the market was v good and they helped us through this tricky time.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but our overall experience wasn't great with Askews. Early on in the process they repeatedly asked for documents that we had already sent and the "portal" was clunky to use. Communication was poor throughout the entire process and I logged a complaint through the contact form on the website which didn't even get acknowledged, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them when asking for updates! We felt Askews ( Pavinder) had poor communication with us. If it wasn't for us communicating with our buyers and sellers we wouldn't have known what stage we were all at regarding our move. Constant asking what stage we were at and waiting for responses from them. It would have been less stressful if they updated us more. Their Portual was useless, especially when they hadn't checked to see if the right forms had gone on. Very frustrating sending the same form again and again.
