I am working with one of the probate sales and I called in to ask for documents - and I'm on a time crunch! Well, the receptionist AMY would not transfer me to anyone, I asked for an e-mail address for David or his paralegal, and she would not give me an e-mail address for anyone. I asked to speak to her manager, and she HUNG UP ON ME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I'm absolutely appalled by her behavior and unprofessionalism. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Mr. Askander was great to work with! Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, our business with him was not able to be completed but he was so nice and we definitely wanted to work with him!
